Jessica Sahagun-Rodgers started her career six years ago with MadChar Media. She wanted to bring an affordable alternative to the 9-5 needs of clients and job seekers.
Two years ago MadChar Media separated into two different sections:
MadChar Media- which focuses on helping businesses small and large with their marketing/advertising both on and off the internet.

MadChar Staffing remained to help clients with their inbound and outbound client/customer service.
Jessica is a DC native, a graduate of SNHU with a Bachelor's in Business and Marketing. She has a love for both two and four-legged creatures. Marine wife to a wonderful father and husband. Mother to 4 beautiful girls.
She's the girl if you are looking for your next job, help in growing your business on and off the internet, or if you're in need of extra hands to meet deadlines or focus on the tasks you have. Her dream is to be able to help companies with their hiring, digital marketing, seo, social media management, google ads, and much more.
MadChar Media, LLC is a multi-functional virtual employment agency.
We began partnering with the Arise Platform six years ago and started recruiting agents for their clients and still do to this day to offer flexible 1099 work across the United States.
MCM/Staffing goals are to give affordable Marketing and Client care to companies no matter their size so they can focus on their day to days rather than client or customer care.
We also wanted to provide our agents with positions that would work around their lives rather than having to work around their jobs. We have call center agents as well as virtual employees working various customer service inbound calls, outbound or virtual assistants to leaders of their industries. We work with partners and agents to provide flexible schedules with great companies
We are wanting to bring a new twist to the new normal. Remote or Virtual work is now part of a new normal, and we want to help agents and clients a like step into this new world.
