WHO WE ARE

I began my journey back in 2003 as an Independent Contractor.  After several dedicated years of servicing, customer service, sales, executive assistants, personal assistant, and having worn many other hats. I realized I had gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that would help others succeed. Not just agent but other business's as well.  I wanted to use this knowledge to start my own Virtual Call Center, Assisting, Recruiting and Staffing Agencies to help others gain the same confidence and flexibility as it gave me. I'm here to help my agents and clients succeed, giving them the tools they need, staff, support, and guidance. My agents and client can now have flexibility, not only with money and time, but in LIFE. Who wouldn't want a job that offered you to be able to work anywhere, and get paid hourly for your time, and growth? 

MadChar Media, LLC is a multi-functional virtual employment agency. We have call center agent as well as virtual employees working various customer service inbound calls or assistants to leaders of their industries. We work with partners and agents to provide flexible schedules with great companies. We use a platform as a steppingstone for a minimum of six months per agent prior to moving them to one of Direct Clients. This allows us to be able to see how the agent will work, their accountability, as well as their productivity, customer service skills, and so much more. We are wanting to bring a new twist to the new normal. Remote or Virtual work is now part of that, and we want to help agents and clients a like step into this new world.
